Service Description

Suitable for those who are new to tennis aged 5-7yrs, also for those who are still developing co-ordination, footwork. Improving control of body and positioning. Working on the basic shots of tennis, Forehand, Backhand, Serve, Volley. Once players can rally 10 shots with a coach and other achievements then they can progress to Red 1 sessions.
